Football pull tabs
The ultimate football numbers pool numbers game! Super Bowl square pools done easy and with 1/10th people and the headache! Play squares with Football Pulltabs with any game, any time of the year.
All you need is 10 people instead of the 100 people needed for a Super Bowl square pool. Pulltab players are assigned a random digit 0-9. Winners are determined by the sum of the last two numbers of the team scores.
Football Pulltabs allows players to play with anyone around the world, neighborhood or in your the living room. You can invite friends from your smartphone’s address book or from Facebook to participate. But players don’t even have to have the app to play! Game administrators can punch in your team name to allow non-app players to play.
Football Pulltabs also allows you to sync your game to LIVE NFL games. Play 1st, Half, 3rd quarters or the final score. If players want to play Pulltabs with college or even high school football, you can manually play that way too…..you can even manually play Pulltabs with any level of almost any team sport!
No skill necessary. Make the most mundane football game, insane…by playing Football Pulltabs!
You’ve got Pulltab Questions? We’ve got Answers!
How do you play?
You want to start by assembling 10 players to participate. Players can all be in proximity of each other (say a restaurant, a sporting event, party, etc.) but it’s not necessary. If you can’t find 10 people nearby, you can invite friends through your smartphone address book or invite them through Facebook. When starting a pulltab game, you need to determine:
1) The game you are playing the pulltab to; whether it is an NFL game (more on that later) or a non-NFL game.
2) The length of game (1st, 2nd, 3rd quarters or Final score)
Once you have 10 players, players pick a position 1 thru 10 to put their name. The position is not necessarily the digit they will be assigned.
Once all 10 slots are filled, you ‘pull’ downward on the tab to reveal a random digit 0-9. Each player gets a different number. This number will determine the winner of the pulltab.
Scoring is pretty straight forward. The winner is determined by adding the last two digits of the pre-determined football game quarter.
Say for example, the Dolphins are playing the Falcons and you are doing a pulltab for the first quarter. The first quarter ends and the score is Dolphins 7, Falcons 6. The player who has the number ‘3’ is the winner (07+06=13). If you play one for the 2nd quarter and the halftime score is Dolphins 14, Falcons 20, the pulltab plater with ‘4’ is the 2nd quarter.
If there was no score (Dolphins 0, Falcon 0) the winner of the pulltab would be the player that has ‘0’.
The pulltab results are always based on the current game score, not the points scored during that assigned time period. The game is over once that game’s time period has expired.
Games that go to overtime will not have a Pulltab winner a final score is determined.
Can you play with less than 10 players?
Yes, but you would have to fill in the leftover fields a ‘dummy’ name, such as ‘blank’ or a player that is actually playing should be offered a chance to take the vacant spots. The pulltab game will not proceed unless all 10 fields are filled in.
What is the ‘Sync’ feature?
For NFL games, you can get realtime updates on the game score and your Pulltab winner. The NFL games that are being played on a particular week are available to be synced.
Game administrators can manually update (or sync) non-NFL games by punching the scores and tapping the ’sync’ button. The current Pulltab leader will be highlighted/updated.
Down the road, we hope to be able to offer syncing to major college football games as well as NBA basketball games.
Can I start a Pulltab during a game that has already started?
Absolutely! If a game has already kicked off (or has started) you can do you Pulltab midway through a game. In theory, you can even do a Pulltab with a game that has already finished because pulltabs assign a random digit to a player. The score being final only takes away the mystery of what digit would be the winning pulltab number.
Can Pulltabs be played with games besides NFL games?
Yes. You can play with any sport. The game Admin (pulltab creator and manager) will need to manually update scores, but in theory, you can play with basketball, baseball or even hockey…..professional or amateur! Obviously, Football Pulltabs works better in sports that involve more scoring, but the game can be played with almost any team sport.
Do you need the app to participate?
No. The pulltab game Admin can type in other participant’s names and the game can be conducted on as little as on one Pulltab app owner.
Having the app, however, allows you to see what other player’s numbers are and follow along with game updates. It also allows for participant’s all-time record to be tracked/registered.
How many games can I play at one time?
You can play as many as you want, but can only sync 3 NFL games at one time.
How do games count against your record?
Only completed Pulltab game will count against your record (viewable in your ‘Player Profile’). Cancelled games will not register to your overall record/profile.
How come a game is non-synced game is still in my history?
Occasionally, game administrators will forget to finish syncing a pull tab. The result is a incomplete game and only the admin can cancel or end a game. Until he does that, the game will appear in the ongoing games section. The result will not be reflected in the completed games (and consequently in your win/loss record under ‘player profile’) until this is done.
In the ‘Current Games’ sections, what is the difference between ‘My Games’ and ‘Ongoing Games?’
‘My Games’ are Pulltab games created by you on your app whereas ‘Ongoing Games’ are games that you are participating in that you are an invitee.
The ultimate football numbers pool numbers game! Super Bowl square pools done easy and with 1/10th people and the headache! Play squares with FootlBall Pulltabs with any game, any time of the year.
Calculadora Powerball Puerto Rico
